BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT...
1. Get Inspired!
Aside from our fully furnished models (which we highly encourage you to visit), we have set up Pinterest boards to make it easy for you to preview our selections and get ideas from our other homes.
2. Preview the Design Studio
We currently offer two ways to preview the Studio-- a virtual tour or a preview tour led by one of our designers. Call us to schedule your tour or visit the link below!
3. Find a Brick You Like
We ask that you drive through a Regency neighborhood, find a brick that you like, and write the subdivision and address of the house down. We will then be able to look up the same exact brick for your new home.
4. Make a Wish List
Come up with a list of your top 10 items that require thinking ahead. For example: accent wall, floating shelves, added electrical, barn doors, etc. Pictures are great too! This will help us guide your appointment and understand your style.
Email us the list before your appointment if possible!
5. Review Your Features
Look back over what's included for your community-- found on the "Features" sheet in the brochure packet you received from your agent.
6. Get Ready to Design Your Home!
Take a deep breath and relax. We'll be there to guide you through the whole process. We can't wait to meet you!
