Hey there,

Feeling like your customers have switched off? You’re not being ignored, you’re being forgotten.

Many founders feel like they’re doing all the right things: posting online, running ads, tweaking their pitch with the perfect messaging but it still feels like they’re being ignored.

Whether it’s a refillable cleaning product, or a regenerative soil innovation, you know the world needs your product.

So what’s changed?

Turns out, most people aren’t ready to buy just yet. But staying visible makes sure they’ll remember you when they are.

According to this study, it's because only about 5% of your potential customers are actively looking for what you offer.

That leaves 95% who aren’t ready, but who will need your product down the road.

For that 95%, your visibility now is slowly building mental associations to the product category, and the problem you’re solving.

Building trust isn't about launching one perfect campaign or going viral. In fact, it's the polar opposite: showing up at a steady pace, with integrity.

You can share:

  • What you’re learning in product R&D

  • The small mistakes that feel scary as a startup

  • Real feedback from early users or favourite clients

When you do this consistently, weeks or months later, those future buyers start remembering you. In the moment they’re ready to act, they don’t need a pushy sales pitch because they’re already familiar with you.

If the “Why aren’t more people finding us?” feeling resonates, reply and let me know.

All the best,
