Phreesia: Register for your appointment online!

Lawndale Christian Health Center has a new tool to allow you to register for your next visit ahead of time on your own device. Save time and paper! With Phreesia, you can fill out forms, update your information, and pay for your visit before you arrive. Two days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text and an email with a link to register. Simply click the link and follow all of the prompts from your phone or online.

Casey Kowitz, PA-C

Casey Kowitz, PA-C, recently joined Lawndale Christian Health Center as a Physician Assistant. While completing her PA program at Midwestern University, she learned about LCHC and was drawn to its mission to show and share the love of Jesus through quality healthcare. In Casey's first month at LCHC she has served patients at the curbside clinic who are receiving vaccines, COVID tests, or other services. She has already been blessed by the interactions she's had with patients at the clinic, and has felt warmly welcomed into her new role. "I had always heard people say that LCHC is a special place, but now to actually be here I have seen that in action," Casey said. She is motivated by her passion to nurture relationships with her patients as well as her faith that God has directed her to this community and to her role as a PA.

She says, "The main thing I want my patients to have is a trusting, ongoing relationship with their provider. Also to know that health isn't just about medicine; It's spiritual, emotional, physical – and how that is all intertwined."

Blood Drive: February 28th

The American Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis as the U.S. faces its worst blood shortage in over a decade. Join us in addressing the crisis and saving lives through blood donations!
