Stuart, Florida - May 23, 2023 - Entrepreneur's Edge, a strategy-first, full service marketing firm, helped organize a memorable public event at Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson on May 6, 2023, to commemorate International Female Ride Day. The event aimed to raise awareness of the rapidly growing community of women riders while raising funds for a worthy cause. With over 60 motorcyclists, a police-escorted ride led by The Jupiter Litas, and various local vendors, the event was a resounding success, raising nearly $2,000 for Place of Hope in Stuart, Florida.
Entrepreneur's Edge is co-founded by one of the founders of The Litas Jupiter, Debbie Oster. The firm combined their expertise in marketing and their passion for empowering women riders to create a unique and impactful event. By hosting & sponsoring the celebration, Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson, a renowned hub for motorcycle enthusiasts, ensured an exciting and fitting venue for the occasion.
The highlight of the event was the police-escorted ride, led by The Jupiter Litas, a chapter of the international female moto collective dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community and empowerment among women motorcyclists. The ride not only showcased the camaraderie among female riders but also symbolized the growing presence and influence of women in the motorcycle world.
In addition to the amazing ride, attendees were treated to live music performances by Johnny Debt and a band known as the Old Country Boys, adding to the festive atmosphere of the day. While local vendors offered a diverse range of products and services, further enhancing the event's appeal.
The event vendors included: tattoo artist, Noah Merritt; a hair stylist, 1122 Salon; a photographer, Alexandra Martinello; a craft beer brewery, Twisted Trunk; a full service graphic design and print shop, Demented Graphics; and a high-definition printing panel company, Duraluxe Print. The event’s festivities were perfectly captured in both photo and video footage by Brian Hall of Iris Outdoors Co.
The primary purpose of the event was to raise awareness about the increasing number of women riders and the positive impact they have on the motorcycle community. Entrepreneur's Edge firmly believes in empowering women and advocating for their recognition in traditionally male-dominated spaces. By organizing this event, they aimed to break stereotypes and inspire more women to embrace the joy of riding.
Moreover, the event's charitable component played a significant role in giving back to the community. With the funds raised nearly $2,000, the event helped provide much-needed support to Place of Hope, an organization dedicated to rescuing abused and neglected children in Stuart, Florida.
The success of the International Female Ride Day event would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of The Litas Jupiter, Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson, the participants, vendors, sponsors and the local community.
