S+G and Allegro also committed to consulting with the ASU about job security for members as their plans for the business develop. ASU members will work together to hold Slater + Gordon and Allegro to account for these promises. Slater and Gordon will be holding a Listening Tour to hear from employees and members. Members should attend those listening tour sessions and tell Allegro how to make Slater + Gordon the best possible place to work. If you are not already a member, now is the time to join. You can join online here: www.asu.asn.au/asujoin. We will be visiting more offices over the coming weeks to provide an update on our discussions with Allegro, as well as our Union’s participation in the #Yes23 campaign – keep an eye out for details. If you require any support or additional information, please contact your local ASU delegates or ASU organiser Sarah Haar at shaar@asupsvic.org
