Welcome to the Love Windermere July newsletter
As we move through the summer months, it’s been encouraging to see the continued interest, engagement and support for Love Windermere from people, organisations and businesses who care deeply about the future of Windermere.
July's newsletter highlights the breadth of activity taking place across the partnership and wider community. From local businesses stepping forward to support environmental stewardship, to conversations with thousands of visitors at the Great North Swim, it is clear that protecting Windermere is a responsibility shared by many.
You'll hear from Rick Bailey, Chairman of Daniel Thwaites and Chair of the Love Windermere Business Support Group, who reflects on the important role businesses can play in supporting long-term improvements to water quality.
