Have your say! An opportunity for our Uniting Church WA community to give some detailed feedback about Revive magazine.

We’ve created a quick survey that we would appreciate people complete to help us better understand how our community are experiencing Revive in its current format.  Anyone can complete the survey, whether you're a regular reader, occasional browser, or have never picked one up!

We’ve done our best to keep it brief, and estimate it will take about five minutes to complete.

There'll be a break for a delicious lunch at Riverton Bar and Grill before finishing at Good Sammy HQ, with an optional visit to our Factory Outlet (bulk shop at $6/kg!).
