We’re delighted to bring you a selection of stories from across our Uniting Church Western Australian community. Although there was no set theme for this edition - more a smorgasbord of interesting stories from across our church - as the stories began to take shape there was an emerging theme coming from them - glimmers of ‘Hope’. Revive is making its way to our congregations, agencies and communities this week. Look out for the green shoot sprouting from the cracked ground on the cover! Cosy Toes AppealUniting WA who have launched their ‘cosy toes’ sock appeal and invite congregations to take part. Socks are a much-requested item for homelessness centres, particularly in the winter months. A pair of clean new socks can make a world of difference for people living on the streets. If your congregation or community are able to collect donations for new socks, they would be greatly appreciated by the Uniting WA Tranby Engagement Hub.
