Part Collections on the Registry
The iGEM Registry has over 20,000 documented parts and is growing every year. The Registry's Catalog organizes many of these parts by specific categories, including, but not limited to, part type, function, and chassis.
We have also added curated part collections to the Catalog. A part collection contains a selection of related parts, that may have been created by a single user or span several iGEM groups. We have collections of reporter proteins, CRISPR/Cas9 enzymes, well documented parts, and more, on the Registry.
-
New collections include:
-
Plant Chassis
-
Bacillus subtilis
-
Cellulose & Related Parts and more…
We are working hard to curate collections and hope that they help users find useful parts for their projects. We want to help iGEMers discover collections and show off what the iGEM community has achieved. If you have suggestions on other collections to feature, let us know! See http://parts.igem.org for more details. |
