Lately, I’ve been thinking about those moments when the big wins just… don’t happen. 

Those big orders and growth spikes feel exciting, but they're not every day for most of us. Sometimes it can make you feel like progress is so far off, but traction doesn’t always look like a giant order or a front-page feature. Sometimes, it’s much quieter.
It could be someone spending time on your product range, adding something to their cart, or choosing the sustainable shipping option at checkout. Yes, they may not have purchased this time, but they got 70% of the way there.

All these things are small signs people are interested.

And if we notice them (and make a few simple tweaks), those small signals can start adding up to something much bigger. If you want to build traction with your audience, just measuring your final sales leaves out the opportunity to spot small tweaks and insights about your customers
