We saw a fantastic turnout last week at the #GoHealth Careers Expo in Brisbane. Over 2,000 high school students attended with teachers, guidance officers, and family members. The expo showcased health careers for the next generation of health professionals. It was wonderful to celebrate the success of our peers, including CheckUP Board Director and Kalwun CEO, Kieran Chilcott, at the Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council Achievement Awards. This month, we also proudly launched the new Disability Friendly Business Basics course to help organisations build more inclusive services. Looking ahead, applications for the Queensland Mental Health Week grants will close soon on 25 June, so I encourage you to submit your applications.
