Christmas Event Calendar

Christmas Event Calendar 2025

Is your Uniting Church WA community planning special services or events leading up to and including Christmas Day?

Congregations and Faith Communities have the opportunity to add their Advent and Christmas services and events to the Uniting Church WA Christmas Events calendar.

As we get closer to the Christmas season this website will be widely advertised to the community for people wanting to find local services, so we encourage congregations to contribute! You can either submit your event details for approval via the link below, or email Wendy at website@wa.uca.org.au with all of the details.

Please keep in mind that the calendar may be viewed by people outside of the church. When submitting information please include:

  • Type of service or activity - eg. Christmas Carols, Christmas Eve Service, Christmas Fair.
  • Congregation name and location
  • Date of event
  • Times (beginning and end)
  • Extra Information about the service or activity such as theme, who is leading the service, if there are refreshments following etc.

Everything in Common

Gifts that fight poverty and build hope!

UnitingWorld's new Everything in Common Gift Catalogue has arrived for Christmas and it’s full of gifts that fight poverty and build hope through the power of shared generosity.

Every card represents a real, practical way to help families overcome poverty and create a more secure future. Goats that grow into herds, seeds that become food gardens, small business support, clean water and more.

When you choose a gift for a loved one, you’re not just giving a card, you’re sharing love in action and helping our global neighbours build livelihoods, access clean water, and adapt to the changing climate.

Browse the full range and order physical cards, e-cards or print-at-home options today.

Everyday Kindness, Extraordinary Impact

Everyday kindness, extraordinary impact

A Uniting WA story by Erik and Kate about the real difference volunteers at the Tranby Engagement Hub can make in the lives of those doing it tough.

“When I was at work many years ago, I used to teach at Saint Stephen’s School. Our motto there was ‘Serve God, serve one another’, so I had a lot to do with helping other people in the community. When I retired, I decided that I would like to volunteer somewhere, and Tranby came up." Kate, Tranby volunteer.
