2021 has been a great year, despite everything going on with regards to the component market and the pandemic. We have added two new members to the Board, and welcomed Gavin to the team in an ongoing period of growth.

3U VPX 40G Ethernet Switch with Layer 2 Switching
3U VPX NVIDIA Ampere Graphics Output Card
EIZO Rugged Solutions has introduced the Condor GR5-A2000.
Powered by the NVIDIA Ampere architecture, the 3U VPX graphics & GPGPU card delivers real-time GPGPU processing and GPU-based computing with 2,560 NVIDIA® CUDA® cores, 20 RT Cores (2nd generation), and 80 Tensor Cores (3rd generation).
'Coffee Lake' Intel Xeon EPU Module
The Eagle EPU module from VersaLogic is a rugged board-level embedded computer featuring a Xeon-E processor and soldered down NVMe SSD storage. Eagle provides an ideal solution when high performance computing and compact size is required in harsh environments.
Multi-Channel MIL-STD-1553 In-Line Thunderbolt
The NLINE-T1553 offers full featured controls for 1-2 channels of 1553 BC, RT and BM functions via a Thunderbolt USB-C connection. Combined with the standard AltaAPI™ software development kit (SDK), and advanced signal capture o-scope capabilities, this product offers unmatched 1553 functionality and ease of deployment for aerospace platforms.
Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XMC Module
Zeus is the latest product from REFLEX CES. Based on the Xilinx® ZU11EG Zynq UltraScale+™ MPSoC FPGA Zeus is a System on Module (SoM) specifically designed for Military and Defense purposes. With its small size (107mm x 85mm) and targeted feature set, the Zeus Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC SoM assures quality and reliability for all of your projects.
Multi-Function SOSA-Aligned RFSoC Board
The award-winning WILDSTAR 3XR2 FPGA board from Annapolis Micro Systems is 100GbE-enabled, SOSA-aligned, and leverages the processing and A/D & D/A converting power of two Gen 3 Xilinx UltraScale+™ RFSoC FPGAs.
This is the first SOSA™-aligned 100Gb Ethernet RFSoC board that combines analog and digital capability in a single 3U OpenVPX slot.
3U VPX 40G Ethernet Switch with Layer 2 Switching
The XChange3030 from Extreme Engineering (X-ES) is a conduction-cooled 3U VPX Ethernet switch module that provides six backplane 40GBASE-KR4 Ethernet ports, six backplane 10GBASE-KR Ethernet ports, two backplane 10GBASE-T Ethernet ports, and one front panel optical Ethernet port. The board also features Layer 2 switching and extensive IEEE protocol and IETF RFC support.
SOSA Technical Standard 1.0
Perhaps the most significant technology development this year was the release of SOSA Technical Standard 1.0. Sarsen works with some of the leading players in this field to bring the latest products to the UK market.
Annapolis Micro Systems is now offering twenty 3U and 6U VPX products that align with the SOSA 1.0 Technical Standard, from storage to switches, chassis to FPGA cards, that support full EcoSystem development.
EIZO Rugged Solutions has also joined the SOSA Consortium to help further the interoperability in configurations requiring GPGPU, AI, video processing and display solutions for the defense market.
