This new portal offers OTCQX, OTCQB and OTCID companies greater insight into their market performance, compliance requirements and company information via the new Dashboard as well as upgraded tools to distribute news, post disclosure and manage their profile for investors.
In the coming months, we will continue to add custom data sets, new features to better manage compliance deliverables and support your company’s IR efforts.
Data from OTC Markets Group's MOON ATS® and OTC Overnight® trading sessions is now available via the ICE Consolidated Feed, Intercontinental Exchange’s premier normalized data solution. This brings OTC Markets’ overnight trading data into a standardized, low-latency environment widely used by global banks, asset managers, hedge funds and analytics platforms.
dxFeed added OTC Markets Group's MOON ATS® and OTC Overnight® to its normalized data stream, underscoring a commitment to delivering seamless access to next generation trading venues and supporting the global shift toward 24×5 markets.
As of July 1, the OTCQX Market has reached blue sky exemptions in 41 U.S. states and jurisdictions, and OTCQB Market in 37. Our goal is to achieve national recognition for the OTCQX and OTCQB markets.
