We are happy to announce that during Earth Month we had two higher education institutions formally commit to campus climate action by signing at least one of the Presidents' Climate Leadership Commitments. We also had a current signatory sign onto an additional commitment!
On April 8th, New Jersey Institute of Technology President Joel S. Bloom signed the Carbon Commitment of the Presidents' Climate Leadership Commitments.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)'s President Laurie Leshin signed the Carbon Commitment on April 14, 2022, pledging the WPI's dedication to campus climate work. More. . .
On Earth Day 2022 last week, University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh elevated their commitment to climate action when Chancellor Andrew Leavitt signed the Climate Commitment of the Presidents' Climate Leadership Commitments. They had previously signed the Carbon Commitment. More. . .
Congratulations to all three institutions!

We are thrilled to have these six new team members on board!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2022 Higher Education Climate Leadership Summit, April 5th-8th! Without the participation of the attendees, sponsors, host institutions, organizational partners, speakers, and the dedicated Second Nature and IEN team members, the 2022 Summit would not have been possible.
We hope that you agree that the 2022 Summit provided us with the opportunity to further advance our climate work together (albeit virtually), and we look forward to continuing this important work with all of you!
