Communicate your project! |
||||||||||
Tell Your Story pageWe have created a new page to help teams understand the importance of scientific communication in terms of explaining their work to a larger audience and documentation as it pertains to the iGEM competition for medals and special prizes for the 2015 season. Telling your story in a clear and concise way is challenging, but well worth the effort in the end. Check out the Telling Your Story page for tips, advice, and examples! |
KeywordsThis year, we’re collecting keywords from teams to capture information on their projects so that the iGEM community can easily see what teams have worked on. 2015 teams can submit up to 5 keywords about their project to iGEM HQ by emailing them to keywords (at) igem (dot) org.

Partner Sponsors and Special Offers
iGEM is proud to announce our Partner Sponsors and Special Offers for iGEM 2015. These offers are designed specifically for our iGEM teams. Please see our Partner Special Offers page for details and check back often for updates and new offers. Synberc: Synthetic Dance-ologyIn this Giant Jamboree workshop, a professional dancer and a scientist will work with iGEM teams to translate their projects into a dance. We will help team members break down their project into parts, explore those parts through movement, and then lead them through the remixing and stringing together of those movements to form an accessible dance routine that illustrates the completed iGEM project. Participants will explore synthetic biology in a fun way that reinforces learning, sparks questions and promotes interaction! Everyone is welcome to the workshop, but please email Shaila Kotadia at skotadia (at) berkeley (dot) edu if interested in having your project danced at the 2015 Jamboree!
