Asia-Pacific cross-traded dollar volume on OTC Markets reached $206.6 billion in 2025, up 53.4% year over year and the highest growth rate of any region, and this office puts us closer to the issuers and investors driving that momentum. The Hong Kong office supports issuer outreach and 24x5 market access for investors and issuers across the region, and we look forward to building on those connections.

The SEC proposed reforms that would transform public companies’ ability to conduct registered offerings and simplify reporting requirements. This this represents a dramatic approach to modernizing securities regulation, while staying grounded in investor protection, market efficiency, and capital formation. These proposals expand access to capital, restore the advantages of SEC-registered offerings in the digital age, and give smaller public companies a real alternative to expensive, opaque private financing.

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to the market liquidity data available on OTCMarkets.com, Canari, and OTCIQ.com. OTC Link NQB depth-of-book data will now be displayed within the Real-Time Level 2 Quote table on each security's quote page. This expanded depth-of-book view increases transparency into market interest and trading activity across OTC securities. Each OTCN price represents the consolidated broker-dealer orders at each price level, enabling market participants to better evaluate liquidity, pricing dynamics, and overall market activity.
