The Commission for Education for Discipleship and Leadership (CEDAL) invites you to kickstart your worship planning for Lent and Easter by joining them at a Think Tank event on Wednesday 31 January, 9.30am to 1.00pm at Mount Pleasant Uniting Church.
New Testament scholar Rev Emeritus Professor Bill Loader will provide us with a catalyst to get our creativity flowing. Bring your past ideas to share and be inspired!
This opportunity is open to all active ministry members, including but not limited to Ordained Ministers, Pastors, Lay Preachers, ministry candidates and worship teams

Uniting Church WA Adopts Disability Access and Inclusion Policy

At the 47th Annual Meeting of the Synod of WA, a proposed Disability Access and Inclusion Policy was adopted. The policy is a result of four years of work by the Disability Royal Commission Synod Task Group and now paves the way for the development of a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2023-2026.

  • Team building that gives back to homelessness - Recipe for Change is a new program by Uniting WA offering Perth businesses a team-building experience for their staff around understanding the issues contributing to homelessness in WA.

  • Together in Song Hymn Books - Albany Uniting Church has approx. 50 Together in Song hymn books in excellent condition that are surplus to their needs. They would be happy to give to another congregation/s. Contact newsandnotes@wa.uca.org.au if your congregation could use more hymn books and we can pass on the message. 
  • Treasure Market - the next Treasure Market at Maylands/Mt Lawley Uniting Church will be held on Saturday 17 February from 9.00am until 12noon at 165 Railway Pde. Mt Lawley.
