Where Work Isn't Work

Cherry Creek West will be a place to live, work and gather. One of our key principles is to design office space where work doesn't feel like work. Here are some aspects of what that means to us:

  • Spaces where the line between indoors and outdoors blur into what we call “mid-doors”.
  • Curated amenities with a focus on wellness, including fresh air inside.
  • Buildings oriented to maximize views, Colorado skies, and natural light.
  • Thoughtful, efficient, and flexible floor plates.
  • Building systems that emphasize both health and energy efficiency.

Recently, Urban Land Institute (ULI) presented Emerging Trends in Real Estate. If you have the time, it's a great read! A few takeaways regarding office trends that resonated with us are:

  • The hybrid workplace model is here to stay.
  • Healthier and more sustainable indoor spaces are important to companies and their employees.

Below is a new rendering that depicts what we imagine the spaces between our buildings could be like for people to enjoy during or after the work day.

We look forward to sharing more updates with you next month.

All our best,

The Cherry Creek West Team

Creating A Healthier City
We are so inspired by Paris, who is on the forefront of the 15-minute city concept and working towards fewer cars in the city center. Here's a recent update on their efforts.
