IT'S ALL IN THE CARDS…THE OWL CARD

OWLcard

Does your student have their OWLcard?

The OWLcard is Temple University's ID card. Your student's OWLcard allows them to do just about everything: access campus buildings, buy a meal as part of a university meal plan or at any of the 100+ vendors who partner with Temple's Diamond Dollars program.

If you have an incoming freshman or transfer student, they must submit a photo electronically as part of the Next Steps process on TUportal.

Diamond dollars

What are, and where to use, Diamond Dollars

OWLcard is important for your student to keep handy. Not only does it get them into buildings and get your student discounts around the city, it's also the keeper of precious Diamond Dollars. It’s basically $$$ that your student can spend at specific places on or near campus—they can buy groceries, get a haircut, do laundry and more. Learn.
