Not only did we officially spin out of our prior home at Fund for Shared Insight and become a free-standing entity, but we had more L4G organizations -- 200+ -- join our programming than any prior year. In 2024, we are thrilled to announce new offerings that enhance the Listen4Good experience for participating organizations and funders. In July, we are launching Advanced programming, focused on organizations who have completed our core programming and are seeking targeted assistance based on where they are in their feedback journey. We have seen demand for continued programming but haven't had customized offerings until now. Below is a quick preview with more program details coming your way in March 2024! Learning Communities are something that we have been experimenting with for a bit already, as we have five Communities in operation, but we are excited to scale them more broadly in 2024. Both of these offerings, in their own ways, reinforce organizations’ ability to build and sustain quality feedback practices and cultures. We know that 2024 is going to be a critical and likely tumultuous year for our planet, the global community, the U.S., and so many groups fighting for justice. We are excited to continue to partner with you to make sure that the voices of those underserved and harmed by our systems get integrated into and guide the important work that this sector does. "In 2024, we are thrilled to announce new offerings that enhance the Listen4Good experience for participating organizations and funders."Sneak Peek: Listen4Good AdvancedWe are delighted to announce a new offering: Listen4Good Advanced, targeted to organizations who have completed L4G’s core programming. The new Advanced program will be launched in July 2024 and will cost $2,500/ organization. Over the past 2 years, many organizations have sought to continue their engagement with Listen4Good after completing our core programming. To meet this demand, we are launching a new curriculum targeted specifically to more experienced L4G participants who wish to strengthen their feedback practices and deepen feedback as an organizational competence. We are planning to launch two initial modules in July. The first focuses on refining aspects of your feedback practice, while the second focuses on tools for integrating feedback into your teams, organizational processes, and measurement systems. Listen4Good Advanced provides targeted support that helps organizations to sustain feedback over the long term. It leverages targeted coaching from our expert coaches, along with newly designed peer learning workshops. Participating in this program allowed us to hear directly from the people we put first—our clients, and for them to share with us how we are assisting on their journey to healing. From creating user-friendly surveys to hearing essential feedback on ways we can improve our offerings, we have made key organizational decisions because of this relationship, and we look forward to our continued work together." Kathy Colbenson, LMFT, President & CEO, CHRIS 180 Learning Communities Help Funders & Nonprofits Learn TogetherWe’ve heard it over and over: nonprofit leaders want to learn from their peers. With Learning Communities, Listen4Good manages the coordination and facilitation of 4-5 regular convenings for nonprofits sponsored by a common funder over the course of our 18-month Premium feedback program. With Learning Communities, funders and nonprofits learn together as they compare feedback notes over multiple sessions and review client feedback data collected across organizations. They develop a deeper understanding of the impact of their work and examine unmet needs in the community, opening opportunities to collaborate and create new initiatives to answer those needs. Learning Communities are available to funders who sponsor more than five nonprofits in Listen4Good. Check out this video to find out how Learning Communities helped Results for America create new layers of learnings. “It absolutely can be powerful to have feedback data across a variety of cities that are attempting to implement a particular approach or policy...it’s incredibly helpful to say, 'We’ve seen XYZ challenge across [programs], or aggregate percentages across all five cities.’ " - Brittany Giroux Lane, Director, Solutions, Results for America Introducing Our Inaugural Advisory BoardPlease join us in welcoming Listen4Good's inaugural Advisory Board, comprised of Cesar Del Valle of Candid, Carter McClure of Compass Working Capital, and Melinda Tuan of Fund for Shared Insight. Cesar brings deep industry insights as well as a wealth of experience scaling capacity building services. Melinda, Managing Director of Fund for Shared Insight (FFSI) provides great continuity from our origins as a FFSI project to now, and is a tireless champion of our work.
