The Salary Survey, now in its eighth year, is particularly important for business leaders in 2022, with companies experiencing post-pandemic upheaval across all sectors, as evidenced in NAB's Behavioural Insight Report (April 2022) featured below. 

'COVID-19 has fundamentally changed the workplace, blending work and life with lasting impacts on workplace culture, employee attitudes and expectations. Employees have also become much more willing to change jobs, particularly in the current economic environment. 1 in 4 Australians are considering leaving their current place of employment, with resignation risks highest in telcos, agribusiness and construction. Some call this “the Great Resignation” as the pandemic encourages a rethink of careers and long-term goals.'

This service is provided free for ADIA member organisations and provides an opportunity to analyse your staff against the market. Complete confidentiality and anonymity of the survey data are assured. All data will be aggregated and used ONLY to produce the final report. Confidentiality is maintained at all times, and no information will be published which identifies ANY individual or their responses.

Please complete the survey by the close of business Monday, 20 June 2022. Only one survey per company is required. 

The Salary Survey Report continues to be recognised as a valuable resource by industry leaders, receiving a consistently high response year on year. Page Paterson & Co. will compile the results. A link to access the dashboard (with a unique login) will be sent from Forsta to member CEOs within one month of receiving all data.
