We acknowledge the Kaurna people, the original custodians of the Adelaide Plains and the land on which the University of Adelaide's campuses at North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy are built.
It's been a rainy week - and the semester is getting to the pointy end, just before the mid-semester break. Hopefully you're looking after yourself through the beginning of assessments, but, as always, there are plenty of resources available on the Wellbeing Hub (like how to say no to things assertively, if you need the time to study or unwind). Sustainability week is in full swing right now, so don't forget to check out the events across campus - plus plenty more opportunities below! Enjoy the week, take care and do something just for yourself this week. Read a book or listen to your favourite music or lift some weights - whatever helps you get through.
