Similarly to last month, November has seen a number of new staff join us here at Cleaning Technique. We invest time at the commencement of their employment to work with our operatives and fully induct them to the their specific site, this ranges from ensuring necessary references and checks are complete, to Health & Safety training with a short video presentation. They’ve all made a superb start!
Employee of the month
Last month we introduced Deane Jeavons to you. This month we'd like to award Deane with our Employee of the Month Award! Deane joined our team back in October as one of our Mobile supervisors. We're really pleased with how well he is settling in - he's great to have around and is working really hard for us. Generally Deane's role is cover cleaning, supervising other operatives and delivering materials/washroom supplies. We've had some very positive feedback from clients about his work ! Thanks Deane - enjoy your complimentary gift !
In a demanding business environment, it’s helpful to have a designated area for your cleaning materials and equipment, giving quick and easy access to everything needed for keeping your environment clean, also enabling missing equipment to be found or replaced immediately when an empty space is identified.
