As CEO, Melanie will be driven by her passionate belief in social justice, with a focus on human rights, equity, access and participation.

Welcoming our new CEO

We are pleased to announce that Melanie Noden has been appointed as our new CEO, from 20th March.

Melanie Noden brings to this leadership role her extensive experience as a CEO and director, spanning the not-for-profit, legal, corporate and banking sectors.

Her passionate belief in social justice has been a driving force in her work, from her first volunteering experience as a junior solicitor at Legal Aid, to her most recent experience working in international development with women and girls in South Asia and Africa. Melanie believes in bringing a positive, curious and constructive approach to leadership, and has used this approach to grow and strengthen the organisations she has worked with.

Upon accepting the role, Melanie said:

I am honoured to be appointed as the CEO of Justice Support Centre. I look forward to working with a passionate and committed group of colleagues towards a future in which there is equality of access to justice, and women and children are free from domestic and family violence.

A note from our Chair:

I am pleased to announce that Melanie Noden will be joining us as the new CEO of Justice Support Centre. Melanie is an accomplished leader with over 25 years' experience working in senior executive roles, including 12 years as a CEO. Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her new role.

On behalf of the board, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Melanie. We look forward to working with her to achieve our shared goals and to continue making a meaningful impact to our community.

Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Melanie to Justice Support Centre.
