Welcome to another edition of Just News.

A few recent occasions! We acknowledged International Women's Day and the start of Ramadan, hosted our Annual Dinner, presented to 150 students about positive masculinities, and progressed the build of our new Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect hub for families and carers of people experiencing mental health or substance use challenges – plus read on for our regular events, media and more.

Here on Wurundjeri country in Melbourne, the warm winds are easing and the shorter, cooler days are here: despite the weekend's sunny weather, we're well into iuk (eel) season. Air out your winter woolies, and enjoy the edition.

Palm Sunday's Walk for Justice and Peace 2024

CAPSA, which we co-convene with Jesuit Refugee Service Australia, will attend the Walk for Justice and Peace in Melbourne this Palm Sunday, 24 March, and all are welcome to join the reflection and contingent from 9:45am.
