Product Feature: HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner (Video ID: 485)
The HD-LSP design is set up to run complex dryer sheet products at over 240 products per minute and 120 cartons per minute. A unique infeed system ensures the stacks are squared and accurately collated before loading into the carton. The stack collation system also ensures that the stacks are evenly throughout the carton, significantly improving customer satisfaction. The cartoner loads eight (8) cartons per cycle, enabling the cartoner to load the product into the carton smoothly. The cartoner also features a six (6) servo infeed system to space dryer sheet stacks accurately before the Linear Servopack System.
