As we reflect on the incredible success of this year’s Leadership Summit and the launch of The Neurodiversity Scholarship, we are reminded of the power of community. Together, we are building a movement that uplifts and celebrates neurodiverse individuals.

This year’s Leadership Summit, our ambassador training event, brought together a diverse group of
neurodiverse leaders from across the country to New York City. At the summit, we brought together 45 total leaders: 25 students and alumni, along with 20 senior ambassadors and staff, came together to foster leadership, advocacy, and communication skills. The event provided a unique space for high school students, college students, and young professionals to connect, learn, and grow.

From former mentees to senior ambassadors and alumni, this gathering highlighted the power of community and showcased the growing impact of neurodiverse leaders in their schools, workplaces, and beyond. Together, we celebrated the journeys of several attendees who began as mentees in our programs and are now stepping into leadership roles to mentor others and drive change.

We are also excited to announce the launch of The Neurodiversity Scholarship!

Applications are now open for neurodivergent young people, ages 16-26, including those with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.

We believe young people are more than a test score, transcript, or resume—we want to hear their stories. This year, we’re asking them to share their strengths, dreams, and how they’ve overcome adversity by submitting a video link or essay upload. If you or a young person you know is interested in applying, please visit our website to
learn more and apply.
