Renewed MoU ensures bright future for LIP

A new three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in October by  Leadership Illawarra Program partners RDA Illawarra, Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong and The Illawarra Connection.  This MoU will ensure that the program has certainty and the backing of our partners through three ongoing scholarships and other in-kind support.

More than 100 people have now completed the program which works collaboratively to enhance regional leadership skills and experience to ensure a strong, connected and resilient Illawarra community.

The current 6th cohort who commenced their journey in January are almost half way through the two-year program. Applications for the 2025-26 program, including fully paid scholarship places will open mid next year.
