Product Feature: TR-QCR - Transrector Series Robotic Case Erector
The TR-QCR was recently updated to run speeds up to 38 cases per minute. Using two (2) gantry robots, the case erector provides high-efficiency case erecting without sacrificing a large footprint. The system can handle glue, tape closures, or both on the same machine. VPN connectivity is available for remote troubleshooting. A Flat stack magazine ensures operators are loading cases at an ergonomic level. The HMI screens on the case erector are intuitive and allow access to all the machine components, including the Nordson ProBlue adhesive system.

The TL-PPG is a high-speed case packer that can meet demanding production needs. The system can reach incoming bottle inputs of over 800 bpm. Furthermore, the tooling on the case packer can handle cartons as well. This feature gives end users high-end flexibility to accommodate changing demands. The case packer features a robust frame that limits machine vibrations and can handle 24/7 production demands. AFA engineering will ensure your system fits seamlessly with your production floor. Small Footprint Case Erector - The CE-CEB - Case Erector Bottom Sealer
The CE-CEB is a compact case erector that easily fits within your floor space without sacrificing much space. The system can be set up for either glue or tape closures. It can reach speeds of up to 10 cases per minute and features an ergonomic magazine. Quick changeover features such as scales and counters are included. The case erector has an Allen Bradley controls system and Festo pneumatics.
