Three Minute Thesis

DONT MISS OUT! REGISTRATIONS CLOSE NEXT FRIDAY.
The 3 Minute Thesis (3MT®) is a national competition that challenges Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students to effectively explain their research to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes.

Entry is open to all HDRs, however, only PhD candidates who have successfully passed their Major Review by 14th of June are eligible to reach the final round. All participants qualify for 5 CaRST points.

Visualise Your Thesis

REGISTRATIONS OPEN! 
The Visualise Your Thesis competition, challenges HDRs to present their research in a sixty second visual display. First prize wins $1000 and will go on to compete in the International online competition.

All successful submissions also qualify for 5 CaRST points.

Juggling skills for researchers

Feeling under pressure to complete your CaRST hours? Trying to get CaRST 'out of the way'?

Remember, professional development is ongoing and  most effective when relevant to your current career stage. We recommend spreading out your CaRST activities throughout your candidature. 

To stay 'on-track', aim for 15-20 credits every 6 months. You can monitor your progress in CaRST Online.
