The AF-RBX program is an efficient and cost-effective way to automate your production line. Our used machinery is set up and tested at AFA Systems to ensure a seamless installation and start-up at customers' plants. This application features AFA implementing world-class case erecting technology into a used case packer. The system provided compact and efficient case packing without requiring a high capital cost. The system runs on Allen Bradley servo motors and PLC.
Product Update: RT-FIT - AFA Retrofit Kit
AFA Systems can convert your manual load cartoners into semi-automatic cartoning systems. The benefits of a semi-automatic cartoner are increased speeds, better quality control, and improved ergonomics for operators. AFA can even add overhead confining systems to improve the efficiency of the cartoner. This application featured AFA converting a manual load cartoner into a semi-automatic cartoner. The system was set up to run continuously and provided exceptional value for the end user.
New Product: TR-CPP - Transrector Combination Case Packer Palletizer
The new TR-CPP features AFA's case packing and palletizing technology in one system. The system features AFA's world-class gantry robot technology to complete the system's case erecting, sealing and palletizing. The system includes two pallet loading cells with discharge conveyors, so the system does not require stoppage during pallet take-away. The system consists of an integrated laser printing and a reject system for open-flap cartons. This application featured the TR-CPP interfacing with an upstream garbage bag winding system. An Allen Bradley PLC with servo motors and drives controls the overall design.
