REMINDER - EPIC subscription confirmation deadlineThis is a quick reminder that the deadline to complete and return your EPIC subscription confirmation for the 2025-2026 EPIC subscription year (beginning 1 July 2025) is in two weeks - 5pm, Friday 30 May 2025. Please refer to the EPIC member subscription confirmation section of EPIC – a guide for member libraries for a full outline of the annual EPIC subscription confirmation process including instructions on how to complete your EPIC subscripion confirmation form. A reminder also, that for 2025-2026, EPIC has set minimum exchange rates that the NZD conversions of the foreign currency elements of your 2025-2026 EPIC invoices will be based on. Please refer to the EPIC Update – 3 March 2025 for more information about this. The following are links to the EPIC subscription confirmation forms for each sector:
If a signed EPIC subscription confirmation form is not received by EPIC from your organisation by 5pm, Friday 30 May 2025 it will be assumed that you are cancelling your EPIC subscriptions from the 2024-2025 subscription year. The EPIC vendors will be notified to cancel your subscriptions and discontinue your organisation’s access to the resources from 1 July 2025. If you are having a hard time deciding whether you want to start a new subscription in time for the annual subscription confirmation deadline, please note, that you can set up a new subscription through EPIC at any time during the subscription year. Please refer to the heading: A new (pro-rated) subscription during the EPIC subscription year in the How to set up a new subscription through EPIC section of EPIC – a guide for member libraries for more information about this. The most important thing that you can do through the subscription confirmation process is to confirm the current subscriptions that you want to continue through EPIC to ensure that seamless access to these resources continues.
