We're Springing Ahead with Plans at The MINT!

Recent classes included Intro to Jewelry Making with our shop lead Tim Schneller of Timco Jewelers and great sessions on how to work with specific equipment at The MINT, including the X-Carve CNC router in our wood shop and the Glowforge laser housed in our youth and family makerspace, The Boiler. Stay up-to-date on the full suite of class and activity offerings for April, May and June by visiting our calendar.

We're resuming our MINT Member Mixer event series on Monday, April 4 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM! Mixers are a great way to connect with other maker members and get to know the broader MINT community. Join us! We'll be providing some pizza, please BYOB, and have some fun learning how to use our button makers.

Not yet a member? Check out our Maker Mondays, 5:30 - 7:30 PM every week with the exception of the first Monday of the month. Shop leads are on hand to provide guidance or answer questions, and we often schedule intro classes or other activities for these events, too.

Do you have a business that's rowing too big for your living room or garage? Our March Volunteer Day yielded some new studio space build-outs in our Launchpad area! 8x10 studio spaces can be rented for a flat fee of $150.00/month. In addition, we have larger spaces for making or manufacturing that are rented at a rate of $2.00 per square foot. Basing your business at The MINT gives you many options, including access to all of our specialty shops, our wood shop, and our metal shop. Our building is equipped with large overhead doors for ease of moving materials and equipment, and our premises are secured by keycard and 24 hour camera surveillance. Interested? Let our Operations Director, Morgan Over, know: morgan@rutlandmint.org.
