This photograph shows Hatkhola Women's Squad, in Barishal, Bangladesh. Women and girls in Barishal are being given a greater voice on the issues that directly affect them, through Women’s Squads. These squads are being set up to raise awareness of issues that directly affect women, for example, menstrual health, gender-based violence and advice on how to start up a new business.
