New shop, new events!

In the news (we hope) you've been waiting for,  we are beyond excited to announce that our extensive renovations are all but complete and we expect to have moved back to 49 Glebe Point Road by the end of this month.  Don't worry - in the meantime we will continue to trade at our temporary Post Office site and we don't envisage a day we will need to be completely closed, but hope to be happily ensconced in the new shop by early March.  Keep an eye out on our social media when we have a formal opening date locked in!

In anticipation, we already have a swag of events and launches scheduled for March and April. The splendid new events space will be fully accessible by lift, and bookings are now open.  Get in now to avoid disapointment!  We will be welcoming among others, Olympic champion Michelle Ford, Anne Manne in conversation with David Marr, Nam Le with his first international publication since his masterly collection The Boat, and Gail Jones with her superlative new novel One Another.  Highlights below and full details at www.gleebooks.com.au/events

Hot on the heels of our shop reopening, we are planning a more celebratory launch and the opening of our mezzanine cafe and bar! Again, keep an eye on our socials!
