Floor and constellation group names and the Whova access link have been removed from this preview. If you are a confirmed NYSF participant that cannot locate these details in previous communications sent by the NYSF team, please contact programs@nysf.edu.au.

Hello 2024 NYSF Year 12 Program Participants,

Welcome to another exciting NYSF update! In this edition, you'll gain access to the NYSF program app, the start of your NYSF experience as you begin connecting with others attending the program!

If you haven't done so already, please confirm your travel and complete the Student Travel Details form.

Your constellation group for the program will be the group of NYSFers you'll attend STEM visits with, and will form your STEM family of like-minded enthusiasts!

Your floor group for the program is the group of NYSFers you'll be living close by to during the program. You'll meet with your floor group to check in and debrief on your day!

You can chat with your constellation group and floor group on the community board in Whova.

Missed an email? Find all previous emails and information in the 2024 NYSF Information Hub.

Our NYSF program app has launched!

We invite you to access our program app (hosted in Whova). You can use the app to explore what we have in store for you in January (including STEM site visits, guest speakers and more!) and get to know other NYSFers.

It can be accessed through a web browser on your computer or by downloading the Whova app on your mobile device.

Complete the Student Travel Details form

The Student Travels Details form collects information about how you will be travelling to and from the 2024 NYSF Year 12 Program. Please only complete this form once your travel arrangements are confirmed.
