Celebrating Digital Inclusion WeekThis October, we celebrated Digital Inclusion Week with an impactful event at the International Center of Kentucky, Bowling Green on October 4, emphasizing the importance of bridging the Digital Divide. Digital Skills Training led by Connected Nation Our Digital Skills Training Program continues to make a significant impact, with workshops for 2025 already being scheduled. Attendees have shared feedback such as, “This training was very helpful,” and “The trainer was super helpful, very patient, and understanding.” The importance of digital literacyDigital Inclusion Week began on October 4 at the International Center of Kentucky, Bowling Green, setting the stage for impactful workshops throughout the month. In partnership with the United Way of Denton County, Texas, Marco Mata, one of Connected Nation’s bilingual trainers, led workshops that empowered participants like Beverly Lee, a breast cancer survivor whose story of resilience and newfound digital confidence was truly inspiring.
