Please welcome our new Administrative Support Assistant to the Associate Dean of Diversity and Inclusion, Tracie White! Tracie previously worked at the Schreyer Honors College supporting Career Development and the Associate Dean of Equity and Inclusion. Prior to Penn State, Tracie served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Intelligence Specialist from 2017-2020. Tracie earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from American Military University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Higher Education through Penn State World Campus! 

 

Fun facts: Tracie grew up in Arkansas, has five awesome cats, and loves reading memoirs!

Join the Eberly College of Science in a destress yoga event at the White Building on Monday, December 5. Take a moment to step away from studying and bring a friend or two! 3, 30-minute sessions will be offered. You will also receive a stress-free goodie bag to prepare for Finals. Registration is preferred, walk-ins are welcome.

Summer Health Professional Education Program (SHPEP)

The Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) is a free, national, summer enrichment program focused on improving access to information and resources for college students interested in the health professions. SHPEP’s goal is to strengthen the academic proficiency and career development of students underrepresented in the health professions and prepare them for a successful application and matriculation to health professions schools. 

SHPEP offers students a variety of academic and career experiences including, but not limited to: Academic enrichment in the basic sciences and quantitative topics; Learning and study skills development; Clinical exposure; A financial literacy and planning workshop; A health policy seminar series; An introduction to interprofessional education that addresses effective collaboration across health professions.

The SMART Program, part of the Department of Defense (DoD) science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) portfolio, provides STEM students with the tools needed to pursue higher education and begin a rewarding career with the DoD. With a full scholarship, you will be able to focus on complex research to further the DoD's mission and create a lasting impact. The RevPart 2024 STEM Scholarship

The RevPart 2024 STEM scholarship winner will be awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student to be used towards their degree. RevPart will also be offering three runner up scholarships. One winner will receive the RevPart STEM scholarship of $1,000 and three winners will receive a $500 STEM scholarship.
