Adequate supervision: a regulatory priority in 2023Adequate supervision is a regulatory priority for South Australian services in 2023-24 and will be monitored by the Education Standards Board and considered during applications and service amendments. Notifying a serious incidentDetailed information is required in serious incident notifications. Services should demonstrate critical reflection, identify the risks to children and any outline improvements made following the incident to prevent a future incident. Self-assessment tools now onlineOur NQF self-assessment tool is now available online. Approved providers are responsible to ensure services and nominated supervisors are supported to comply with the National Law and Regulations. This tool can help to check your compliance and prompt continuous improvement.
