Welcome to the latest edition of SPARK, Warwick Science Park's e-newsletter. In this edition, we celebrate successes from a selection of our tenants and business support clients. Other items we have covered are the launch of our GrowthPlus Networking Group, information on current and new Innovate UK funding competitions, an overview of relevant events and workshops and a new edition of our Business Nuggets on applying for grant funding.

Networking programme launched to help growth businesses
The University of Warwick Science Park’s Business Ready programme hosted the inaugural meeting of the GrowthPlus Network.
Firms who have been helped by the scheme were invited along to the event to see what the group was all about, and how it could help them with their long term plans.
Oscar winning team produces aerial footage of Science Park
A Midlands company that has been part of Oscar and BAFTA winning teams for its drone camerawork has produced footage of key business locations in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Papercut Media, which is based in Tamworth, captures and edits drone footage for major clients around the UK and worked on this year’s Oscar-winning film The Silent Child, while the BBC’s Ambulance – which it also contributed to – picked up a BAFTA.
