Regular 1-on-1 meetings are now a critical business ritual, and the reasons are clear: time invested in coaching, championing, and listening to your people leads to collective value and a more engaged team. Consistent 1-on-1 meetings can be the difference between a high performing team and a disengaged group. Honouring a one-on-one commitment indicates to each person on your team that you prioritize them. It shows that you’re invested in their development and success. ProVision's Guide to a Successful One-on-One Meeting HERE What’s next week?Next week we'll be diving into the feedback loop, including ways to measure the success of your communication strategy. We'll also show you proven ways to track team engagement. PROVISION SUPPLIER PARTNERSSupplier Vaccine StatusWe've checked-in with all of our Supplier Partners and can confirm that all sales teams in the field (both reps and agents) will be double-vaccinated by the end of October. As a precautionary follow-up measure, the onus is on you to check the status of each sales rep prior to a practice visit. This ensures their vaccination status is in line with your practice expectations (or any legal requirement as stated by law). Should you wish to confirm vaccination status on arrival at the practice, politely ask if the individual can share their vaccination certificate with you. You may also choose to limit supplier/sales visits for a period. If that is your preference, you should advise the supplier accordingly and agree on a mutually satisfactory arrangement that respects each other’s wishes.
