You're invited to our first early childhood education and care regulatory forum. 

As an approved provider of early childhood education and care or a representative peak body, you are invited to attend our first regulatory forum at 9.30am on 28 February 2023.

Please review the agenda linked below and submit any questions about the topics to be discussed. Our intention is to provide meaningful guidance to achieve our mutual obligations under the National Quality Framework.  

The terms of reference below explain the purpose of the regulatory forum, expectations of attendees and the forum procedure. One representative from each approved provider or peak body may attend.

Questions may be submitted to esb.feedback@sa.gov.au by Tuesday 21 February.
