The Best of DPMR Webinars 2000-2021 December is the month of lists... so let's start you out with the "must listens" that we think you should know about from the last couple years.
There are FKT's and adventures to catch up with as well as practical tips and advice.
So when you just can't listen to "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" one more time this holiday season, grab your headphones, plug in and let your webinar binge begin!
Gift Ideas for Trail Runners Let's keep the list theme rolling here with gift ideas for the runner on your list (or yourself...we won't judge). Renee asked the DPMR Board to share their favorite ideas for holiday giving and we think you'll find some great inspiration here.
But don't forget the gift that tops everyone's list and keeps on giving all year- a DPMR membership!

Nattu NatrajIntroduction by Diane Frederic
"It’s always a great day when you run into Nattu (and his wife Karen) out on the trails. I can’t even remember when I first met Nattu as it just seems that he is always out there– far and wide– running, racing and crewing. Gracious and humble to a fault, his resume of races reads like any ultra-runner’s dream list. Read on to learn more about Nattu, his amazing shared recipe, a love of napping and (spoiler alert) a “first” at Badwater."
Book of the Month - Running with the Buffaloes Aude takes it back a few years with this month's review of the 2000 book Running with the Buffaloes, by Chris Lear, which follows the University of Colorado (CU) men's cross-country team through their 1998 running season.
From the back cover: "Plagued by the onset of numerous injuries and the tragic loss of a beloved teammate, the Buffaloes found themselves challenged in ways they could not have foreseen. What they managed to achieve in the face of such adversity is the stuff of legend and glory."
Carol Patterson- a few thoughts on “trail aging”With her characteristic humor and insight, this month our "Chief Inspiration Officer" (AKA Carol) gives us a preview of what life on the trail looks like at the tender young age of 78.
No matter your age, training status or mileage, Carol's reminder that "every step is a gift" are wise words that all of us should embrace in every way.
