Seeking EPIC member subscription confirmations for 2025-2026

I am now officially seeking EPIC member subscription confirmations for the 2025-2026 EPIC subscription year (beginning 1 July 2025).

Please use the relevant link to download an EPIC subscription confirmation form for your sector:

2025-2026 EPIC Other Tertiary Libraries subscription confirmation form (pdf 302 KB)

Please refer to the EPIC member subscription confirmation section of EPIC – a guide for member libraries for a full outline of the annual EPIC subscription confirmation process including instructions on how to complete your EPIC subscription confirmation form and additional links to download the subscription confirmation forms.

The deadline for EPIC members to complete and return subscription confirmations for the new EPIC subscription year is 5pm, Friday 30 May 2025.

If a signed EPIC subscription confirmation form is not received by EPIC from your organisation by this date (unless otherwise notified) your EPIC subscriptions from the 2024-2025 subscription year will be cancelled and the vendors will be notified to discontinue your organisation’s access to the resources included in the subscriptions.

OCLC will be hosting a webinar to showcase the following subscription options that are available through EPIC:
