This Sunday! The DPMR Summer PicnicLast call- please RSVP! The DPMR Summer Picnic is THIS WEEKEND and we hope you've made plans to join us at Commons Beach in Tahoe City. This is a family-friendly event featuring two morning group runs, a BBQ lunch with all the fixings, drinks, games, and socializing with other DPMR members. It’s a great way to kick off the summer season and spend time with your trail running friends.

The race will be back this year on August 5th so sign yourself up now or grab a team of 2 to 5 friends and start planning for summer trail fun!
Trail Work: Scouting RunFor our first Trail Work day we are starting with a scouting run of the northern section of the Emigrant Trail between Hobart Mills Rd and Stampede Reservoir. Wed, June 7th at 6pm.
Truckee Trails
Better Together Listening TourTruckee Trails wants to hear from you about what you think makes for a great trail experience. Join us for a get-together at Alibi Ale House on June 6th at 7:30pm. Better yet- hang around after the DPMR Tuesday night social run for a beverage and some trail chat and learn about the great work that Truckee Trails is doing for trail runners.

Race Report - Miwok This winter made it hard for all of us to get those miles in, and it was no exception for Meggie... She almost didn't even tow the line at the Miwok 100k because of it, until getting inspired at the DPMR film festival.
