How your student can prepare for Priority Registration
Spring 2023 Priority Registration begins on Nov. 1 (based on your student's completed credits/class year). The Fox Office of Undergraduate Advising is available to help your student:
- Understand their priority registration date and how best to immediately gain access to required courses.
- Avoid registration errors or why they may be blocked from adding a particular class/section.
- Build their academic plan in DARS and how to navigate the Bulletin to understand course prerequisites and sequencing.
If your student has questions, they should reach out to their advisor.

Join this year’s Thanksgiving Hosting Program
Join us for another year of our Thanksgiving Hosting Program! Develop rewarding friendships and have a cross-cultural experience by inviting international students to your Thanksgiving dinner this year.
How to participate in the Thanksgiving Hosting Program:
- Sign up online by Friday, Oct. 28. Each host family is asked to host at least two international students. You will be matched with students and their contact information will be emailed to you the week before Thanksgiving Day.
- Please note that Temple University requires all students to be vaccinated for COVID-19 unless they have received a medical or religious exemption.
