Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

We cordially invite you to the ZELLCHEMING General Meeting on June 17, 2026. The meeting will take place at 8:30 a.m. in Forum 1.2 at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) in Wiesbaden.

Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. outside the conference room. This event is open to the public; however, only eligible voters will receive their voting cards upon entry.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Opening remarks by the Chair
2. Report of the Board of Directors on the 2025 fiscal year
3. Report of the Head of the Main Committee
4. Report of the Treasurer
5. Report on the 2025 audit
6. Approval of the 2025 Annual Report, resolution on the 2025 financial statements, and discharge of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for the year 2025
7. Announcement of 2026 honors

Motions for the General Meeting must be submitted to the Chairperson via the office address at least four weeks prior to the General Meeting (no later than May 15, 2026), in accordance with §18 of the Association's bylaws.

The awards ceremony will immediately follow the official proceedings at the public lecture forum in North Hall.

Networking at its best!

The ZELLCHEMING Association continues to uphold the important tradition of networking. To that end, they are striking a whole new chord this year for members and expo visitors. The Galazzos will ensure an unforgettable evening filled with music and camaraderie. The band plays classic rock 'n' roll, rockabilly, swing, and country, sometimes paying tribute to the pioneers of these genres and sometimes offering fun interpretations of modern pop, rock, hip-hop, and Schlager songs. Food and drinks are included with the evening ticket.

The ZELLCHEMING Forum features a contemporary program of presentations, discussions, and interactive activities throughout the three-day trade show. Admission is included with the event ticket for all visitors and exhibitors. Look forward to this year's key topics:
