Wednesday, Nov. 29 | 1-2 p.m.

The Stress Free Zone and the Center for Creativity are partnering up to help you relieve that end-of-semester stress by combining movement and making.

Hallie Stotsky, coordinator of the Stress Free Zone, will lead you through 30 minutes of yoga. Then practice some mindful breathing exercises while you get your hands working with clay.

No yoga or art experience required! Comfortable clothes to move and get a little messy in is all you’ll need. Register now.

That's a Wrap!

One Minute Film Festival 2023 is in the can! We'd like to thank all of our contributors, our evaluations panel, and everyone who turned out for our screening last week.

Congratulations to this year's awardees:

  • Best Picture: Eccentric Falls, Erika Kondo
  • Runner-Up: Diner Date, Natasha O'Brien
  • Honorable Mention: Spud, Michaiah Johnson

Even if our fourth annual OMFF is done, it's never too late to explore filmmaking. Check out our our webpage for some resources.

Coming Attractions

As 2023 draws to a close, are you wondering what we have in store for the new year?

Look forward to opportunities to experiment with cyanotype and fiber arts, dive into an immersive theater experience, create street art, enjoy a one-of-a-kind film screening, and much more.

And watch out for our Pitt Day of Giving campaign in February. You're an important part of making this programming happen, and your support helps keep Pitt making!
