Frances commenced her role on February 14th and is described as “an experienced, results-focused executive with an extensive knowledge of not-for-profit and membership associations”. Prior to joining ProVision, Frances held several senior roles in aged care, delivering sustainable quality care against changing community expectations in an industry with numerous multi-dimensional challenges. She has also held senior roles in health practitioner membership-based organisations. This includes positions as CEO of both AMA Victoria and the Australian Psychological Society, providing Frances a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by ProVision. Frances is married with three children and two dogs. Frances is most excited about meeting the members, working with the Board and the team to build on the great work that has already been achieved at ProVision.
